Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital in nature, our refund policy is as follows:

• Digital Products (e.g., software downloads, licenses): Refunds are available only if the product is found to be defective or not as described, and the issue is reported within 7 days of purchase.
• Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for subscriptions will be provided on a pro-rata basis if cancellation occurs within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for downloadable and digital products once they have been mailed, accessed or downloaded, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
